Athlete's Notes: | Main Site modified WOD.Called for Squat Snatches 75lb. but didnt have a bar so I tried to do a hanging DB squat clean into a overhead press and that lasted all of 10 rounds. Ended up doing the rest hanging db squat cleans and made sure the db's went below my knees each rep. First 2 rounds of wall balls unbroken after that 10,10,10. 180 squats means no walking Wednesday!! Gotta Love this Crossfit |
