Athlete's Notes: | Main site 7/10/11 WOD, Called for 5 rounds but did the Brand X scaling,kept the weight and reps but scaled the rounds to 3. Pretty easy on the weight and reps but adding 2 more rounds would be the deciding factor I'm sure. Round 1 and 2 unbroken, R-3 was DL 10,10, Push-ups 10,10 the 10 rep round was unbroken. Push-ups were Games Style. |
