Athlete's Notes: | Modified "Breezy" Called for Pull-ups, Push-ups, sit-ups and squats but we did Burpee pull-ups instead. Went in 2 teams alternating on the pull-ups bars 6 of us at IPS, slowed you down a little but the rest was OK. All reps and rounds unbroken. Nice WOD.21,15,9 |
