Athlete's Notes: | "DT" Called for 155lb. not in this life time for me at least. started with 115lb. and almost broke my wrist after the 3rd rep of cleans. Dropped it to 95lb for the last 4 rounds. not a bad one but I need to get stronger on these lifts. |
