Athlete's Notes: | "Morrison" Hero WOD off the Main Site. 50, 40, 30, 20, 10. Brutal!!! wanted to quit after the first 50 of each. Called for 1.5 pood only have a 40lb. kettlebell at IPS. First round close to unbroken but everything after in sets of 10. |
