Athlete's Notes: | Called for 75lb. scaled it 10 lbs. Row was bent over, Push-ups were hands on the bar push ups. Says to keep hands on the bar throughout but that went away quickly, also had to go away from bar pushups when the 10lb. plates bent during them. endee up doing medicine ball pushups. All unbroken, thrusters were the worst later in the workout. |
