Athlete's Notes: Called Playing with Pushups, in each round the pushups are different after each 5 burpees. The order of each cycle is: regular honest pushups,clap pushups, chestslap pushups and fingertip pushups. I had to do games style on the chest slap ones and push away type on the fingertip ones. Wasnt real pretty after about 7 minutes. I'm sure I would have been on the NO REP END on several of each...
