Athlete's Notes: | Called for 225 lb deadlift and 135 lb push press, scaled to fit my needs. deadlifts 21,10/5,9 squats 30/20,25/15/10, 10x5 , push press 15/6,10/5,9. could have gone a little heavier on both will try to increase the loads next time around. Squats killed me in between. |
