Athlete's Notes: | Called for 10 rounds but pulled up lame on round 6 box jumps, pulled something in my calf. Scaled the squat cleans to 105lb called for 135lb. 30 inch box jumps are no fun!!Did 30 GHD, 30 Back extensions and 3 30 foot rope climbs after. |
