Athlete's Notes: | 7 rounds for time, push ups were games style, power cleans were with dumbbells, burpess were over a bar, air squat overhead with a PVC pipe and situps with my abmat. done at the Academy pretty rough to get thru after the weekend. kept the same weight for lifts. got a little light headed dong this one. |
