Athlete's Notes: | Push ups were Game Style, 10,10,10,10,10,8,8,8 Squats were overhead with a PVC pipe 12 all 8 rounds, Jump ropes I quit to early and could have done more each of the first 4 rounds, 25,25,25,25,30,35,35,40 and Burpees were Game style jump up on a set of mats, awful with no way to build a pattern, 6,6,5,5,5,5,5,5. Lows were 8-12-25-5. Looking forward to the weekend. |
