Athlete's Notes: | WOD Shop calls this "BURKE" SDHP called for 135 lbs. done at IPS with 40 lb. KB, second exercise is a combo, Wall Ball Burpees, do the wall ball, let the ball fall and go right into a burpee for 1 rep. So dont do 7 wall balls then 7 burpees. Then the 24 inch box jumps. pretty bad one even with lighter weight. 5 - 7- 10 reps. |
