Athlete's Notes: | WOD SHOP workout, 2nd one should be Flutter Kicks (4 count) doesnt have it in the drop down tab. Burpees bar facing and only unbroken thing I could muster. Not real taxing but still hard enough. Pushups chest to ground not games style. Did the Burpees in 3:46 shows you what the rest is all about!! |
