Athlete's Notes: | Pretty good little work-out, called MEL on WOD Shop. Did it with the new hires we have. Burpees were over a bar, overhead squat also with a bar PVC. Bad idea to have burpees and pushups back to back. Push-ups Crossfit Games Style. |
