Athlete's Notes: | Pretty Brutal Chipper off noscrolls site, Pull-ups turned into jumping at 10, my pull ups suck, Kettle Bell called for 2 pood 70 lb 3 reps then I switched to the 50 lb, squat cleans are DB's, Rope climb done on the climber machine. Jump ropes called for 20 double unders, cant do them yet so I did 80 singles and the dips called for ring dips, did bar instead. A good one if you want to fill sick!! |
