Warmup: | 800 meter run to warm up 3 sets of 10 attempts at strict pull ups got 1 strict today! Still a long way to gol; 3 sets of 10 kip swings 3 sets of 2 kips - still along way to go. Lessons learned -my 41 year old body needs to warm up with a jog before attempting a pull up. -double unders are still inconsistent so I need to work on my technique. -getting stronger with the pull ups but need to go further. -losing my momentum in the middle of the kip so there must be something wrong with my form. I look spazzy :) |
