Description: | For Time (35min time cap): Buy-in 400m Run 1, 2....9, 10 Burpees 2, 4...18, 20 KB Swings 53/35 1, 2...9, 10 Pull ups 2, 4....18, 20 Wallballs 1, 2....9,10 DB Snatches (or Power Clean & Press) 30/50 Cash-out 50 AbMat Sit-ups Partner A does 1 burpee. Partner B does 1 burpee. Partner A does 2 burpees. Partner B does 2 burpees. All the way to 10. Then right when partner B finishes the tenth burpee, partner A does 2 kbs. Then partner B does 2 kbs, and so on up to 20. Keep advancing like this through each movement. |
