Modifications at: | I did air squats as my house doesn't have the ceiling height to do overhead squats with barbell. I doubled the number of reps to increase difficulty of workout. I also did assisted pullups as I can only do about 3 or 4 pullups. I scalled that exercise so that I could complete the prescribed reps. |
