Athlete's Notes: | Heres a different kinda run for ya from WODSHOP, run 3 minutes, rest 1 minute, run 3 minutes rest 3 minutes, run 3 minutes rest 1 minute, run 3 minutes rest 3 minutes, run 3 minutes finish. total run time 15 minutes, the objective is to cover the most distance possible. Running is not my strong suit, ran 1.56 miles total and did 10 crossfit games pushups each round. |
