Athlete's Notes: | Brutal thanks to Clark adding the Burpees in place of Kettle Bells! Used the 16 lb ball and let a recruit use the 20lb. smart huh! Burpees were jumping over a bar side to side. Almost lost breakfast on this one.. Do this one, 10 first round then 9,8,7,etc |
