Athlete's Notes: | Calls for 90 lb. high pull, limited at the Academy to a 40 lb. kettle, did 20 inch box not 24 and used a 16 lb. rubber ball due to the vinyl ones not bouncing off the floor. calls for 30 lb ball. no excuse but under the weather today and this almost killed me!! had to break up the burpees or I was gonna burpee in the trash can!! came off the WODSHOP web page workouts. |
