Athlete's Notes: | This one is Called Ass n Abs Annie! off the WODSHOP, sorry got to do workouts that we have stuff for out at IPS. 5 rounds for time, 50-40-30-20-10. Each step on the lunge is a rep, didnt feel like enough,should have counted 1 rep per both legs. no ab mat so just done on the mats. |
